Day 29!! I woke up feeling so refreshed and so good! I can’t believe I am at the end of Whole30. At points it took forever and then other points it went by fast. Was it hard? Yes! The weekends especially but it wasn’t impossible. Breakfast It was another fasting morning. So coffee and water was all I had until lunch. I felt really good all morning! Super focused and ... Day 28!! I woke up feeling good! At this point you think I would be excited about my first meal non Whole30 but I have to say... I don’t see any reason to stop until at least the weekend....We shall see if I change my tune. Breakfast My kids love for bacon sure is helping me through Whole30. I am not going to lie... weekends are the hardest! However, weekends are where we need to have a better relationship with food. During the week when we are not Whole30 we do pretty good with eating Whole Foods. The weekends we are notorious for grabbing food while out and about more than eating at home.
