I am not going to lie… weekends are the hardest! However, weekends are where we need to have a better relationship with food. During the week when we are not Whole30 we do pretty good with eating Whole Foods. The weekends we are notorious for grabbing food while out and about more than eating at home. Therefore, it makes Whole30 weekends hard but good for us!
I woke up feeling really good! Full of energy and ready to take on the day.
Breakfast
I know today was going to be a little weird for eating because we were going to Monster Jam fro 11 to who knew how long. The kids are still on a serious Bacon kick so I had a couple pieces of bacon and a banana.
Since I haven’t really been eating breakfast what I did eat kept me satisfied for most of our day!
Lunch
Since I wasn’t home and was at Monster Jam there wasn’t really anything I could eat there. I did however bring along a Cinnamon Roll Larabar. That with a bottle of water got me through until I got home.
Once I got home it was too late to have a lunch so I had an apple with almond butter to tide me over.
Dinner
I had some steaks from the night before that needed to be grilled so dinner was a repeat. Steak, baked potato with Everything But The Bagel Seasoning, and Brussels sprouts and bacon.
Sleep
I went to bed early because I wasn’t feeling 100%. I was out within a matter of seconds and slept like a rock! It was just what I needed.
One day closer to 30!
