Lets just take a quick glance at where we are at in Whole30…. I mean it is day 26!
So technically I should be wanting to step on the scale. I would say this was definitely the case my first round or 2 but not this time! Sure, I am curious how much I have dropped but honestly I just love how I feel! That doesn’t mean I don’t wish it was day 30….. this last 7 days sure are going slow! I blame it on the fact that I am recycling meal ideas and not finding anything new and fun!
Breakfast
Yep! I fasted! It’s easier and I am just not hungry at this point in the morning.
I felt really good all morning. It’s amazing how focused you can be when you are eating the right things!
Lunch
The Beef and Broccoli Stir Fry out the of the Whole30 Fast & Easy cookbook has become one of my go to meals! It’s so easy and so satisfying so that is what was for lunch!
All afternoon I was very satisfied from lunch and very productive.
Dinner
Yep, still repeating meals… It was a steak, baked potato with Everything but the Bagel Seasoning, and broccoli and bacon. I think this meal is my most eaten because it doesn’t taste like a Whole30 meal. It’s filling and it always hits the spot!
Dinner was all I needed! I mean its not like its a small meal but its all things that are Whole Foods and easy for my body to process.
Sleep
Yep! Still really freaking magical! Even more so because all of our kids slept in their own beds!!
