EEEEKKKK DAY 25!! So close yet so far away! I woke up feeling lighter, focused, energized, and ready to take on day 25!!
Breakfast
Well the kids wanted bacon which led my husband to making me eggs… As much as I didn’t want them, I ate them with a side of bacon to help! It was probably a good idea because I knew todays lunch was going to be later than usual because I had a commitment at our daughters school until 2.
I felt really good all morning and was satisfied way past my normal lunch time!
Lunch
I knew lunch and dinner was going to be a little off schedule today so I threw together a soup. I browned hamburger, tossed in bell peppers, onions, a poblano pepper, tomato sauce, tomato paste, diced fire roasted tomatoes, salt, pepper, chili powder, garlic, cumin, and fresh cilantro. It was a total toss it all in and hope for the best and it was surprisingly good. It was a good thing because not only was it lunch it was going to be dinner too!
Sorry no picture because well I was starving by 2:30…. I didn’t get one a dinner either!
Since I had such a late lunch I decided I wanted a little something extra so I had an apple with almond butter too!
Between the soup and apple I was go to go until dinner which was also later than normal.
Dinner
Dinner as I said was the soup from lunch and it was oddly enough better the 2nd time around!
Sleep
Well sleep was awesome until 2am….then my boys decided mom didn’t need anymore sleep for the night! The little sleep I did get however was glorious and enough to make me feel somewhat refreshed!
