I am getting so close to being done that its hard not to say…. Oh that’s good enough! But truthfully its not enough! You need to do the full 30 days to really reset your body!
I am waking up and feeling really good!
Breakfast
Yep another morning of just fasting! Another morning of not doing the real Whole30 but you know what… its my journey! So lots of water and probably the equal amount of coffee it was!
At this point I have a crazy amount of energy and feel really freaking good!
Lunch
Lunch was my go to Beef and Broccoli Stir Fry from the Whole30 Fast & Easy Cookbook. I have made minor tweaks here and there but just to cater to more of our taste! This is a very satisfying meal! It’s comforting, filling, and tastes really dang goo!
I am not having any mid afternoon slumps! I am not crashing! I am feeling good!
Dinner
So I feel like I have had a lot of Beef! It’s honestly our go to meat so I switched things up a little and made carnitas! Here is the recipe I use for the meat. Instead of making a fake taco I just do Taco seasoned diced potatoes and a side of sautéed peppers and onions. I mean I would have rather had a taco but this tasted good and was satisfying.
Sleep
Oh sleep! At this point sleep is my favorite part of Whole30. I love falling into such a good deep sleep!
