Day 18! I wish I could tell you its going fast but it is and it isn’t. Kinda depends on the day on how I am feeling on that subject.
I woke up feeling good, refreshed, energized, and ready to take on the day.
Breakfast
Eggs and bacon…..there are so many other options but with crazy mornings this is the easiest option. I honestly would prefer to skip but my husband made it again for me….
I felt really good all morning!
Lunch
This is about the time in Whole30 that I get tired of being in the kitchen cooking….. Its not that its a lot of cooking but when not Whole30 we tend to eat out a bit more than when we are on Whole30. So today was leftover Chicken Fajitas.
I would like to say I felt good all afternoon and I did but I was really craving something sweet. I just kept chugging water until dinner.
Dinner
Dinner was leftover soup from the day before. What is it about soup that it always seems to taste better the next day…..
After Dinner Treat…..
This totally goes against Whole30 but I gave into my sweet craving with a Banana Smoothie. It’s all Whole30 compliant but some view it as “bad” and well I view it as surviving Whole30…..
Banana Smoothie
Equipment
- Blender
Ingredients
- 1/2- 1 Cup Almond Milk Or any milk
- 4-6 Frozen Bananas (peel and break apart before freezing)
- 2 tbsp almond butter
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Instructions
- Toss it all into the blender and blend
Once blended pour into cups and enjoy!
