Alright, I am officially on the downhill slide! This is where the “Tiger Blood” begins. What is “Tiger Blood”? It is High energy, walking on sunshine, do all the things, energizer bunny mood that sets in. Now, not everyone experiences this but man I sure do.
I woke up refreshed and ready to go and only had 3 hours of sleep due to a 20 month old singing baby shark all night.
Breakfast
I fasted again through breakfast. I just had coffee and water and I was good to go.
I felt great all morning, my energy continued, and I didn’t feel like I was missing or wanting anything.
Lunch
I made the Adobo Chicken out of the Whole30 Fast & Easy Cookbook. This meal had SO MUCH FLAVOR! It didn’t look like much once it was cooked but its was definitely good and satisfying.
I continued to feel pretty good all afternoon even with the lack of sleep the night before.
Dinner
I made Chicken Fajitas. Instead of tortillas like I would have when not on Whole30 I made taco seasoned home fries. I also made homemade guacamole and used Whole30 approved salsa from Trader Joe’s. This meal definitely hit the spot and was very satisfying.
Sleep
I am starting to think this is pointless to fill you in on because it’s literally the same thing everyday. But here we are…. sleep was freaking fantastic again! I was even a little stuffed up but once my head hit the pillow I was out and never woke up until my alarm went off.
