Woohooo!! Day 15! We are all but halfway done! I am not going to lie this feels like a huge milestone in this journey!
I woke up feeling dang good and pretty darn skinny! Not sickly skinny but a good skinny.
Breakfast
It was another crazy busy morning and so breakfast didn’t happen. I had coffee and water but that was the extent of it.
Mid morning I did get a break so I grabbed a Cinnamon Roll Larabar.
Lunch
I don’t mean to toot my own horn here but I mastered the beef and broccoli stir fry from the Whole30 Fast & Easy Cookbook. The trick is add more salt and add a red bell pepper! So good and definitely satisfying.
I felt really good all afternoon and super productive. Between the sleep and the productiveness I get out of Whole30 it totally makes it worth it!
Dinner
Dinner was an old standby. I had a burger minus the buns with pickle onion, and brown mustard, baked curly fried potatoes, and a side of slaw with Lemon Garlic Dressing. It definitely hit the spot and left me satisfied. I keep saying satisfied because I am somewhere between not hungry but not so full I am uncomfortable.
Sleep
Yep, still sleeping like a rock! No complaints there!
Alright day 16! Lets get this home stretch started!
