Woohoo! One week down! I woke up feeling pretty darn good and super productive! Plus its was the day after the Super Bowl so I wasn’t hungover either!
Breakfast
Just another morning of eggs with a side of bacon. I’m not sick of them yet but I feel like its coming.
I continued to feel good all morning. According to the Whole30 “calendar” I should be feeling bloated but I don’t…
Lunch
I wasn’t overly excited about lunch. I took Chicken Sweet Italian Sausage diced it up and sautéed it with peppers. Then add Whole30 approved Marinara once the sausage and peppers were cooked to my linking. I then ate that over zucchini noodles. I was shocked when I actually sat down to eat it…..it was DELICIOUS! The best part it was quick and easy!
I started to feel a little sluggish mid afternoon so I had a handful of pistachios and then I was good to go!
Dinner
This was another meal I just wasn’t sure I was going to love it. I made the Beef and Broccoli Stir-Fry our of the Whole30 Fast & Easy Cookbook . It was another surprise! I was actually really good and filling. I would definitely make again on or off Whole30.
Sleep
Still no complaints in that department other than kids! It’s amazing when you don’t eat sugar and/or dairy before bed how fast you fall asleep! I literally am sleeping so hard I am not even moving. I wake up and my sheets look practically untouched. Seriously the best sleep I get is when I am on Whole30.
