Oh Day 5 – you are welcomed. I woke up feeling much better! It may have helped that it was also Friday.
Breakfast
Breakfast was…. yep another day of eggs. Eggs, eggs, and more dang eggs. Luckily the kids have been on a serious bacon kick. So I was able to have another strip. Bacon makes everything better!
I knew I was doing way better than the day before because I was able to hit the Starbucks at Target and grab the boys Cake pops and I didn’t even get a coffee! Who am I?
Lunch
Lunch was Chipotle! Yep, just because you are eating Whole30 doesn’t mean you can’t eat out. Here is what I got carnitas, peppers and onions, romaine lettuce, pico de gallo, and guacamole. Not my favorite order but it filled me up!
I felt pretty good between lunch and dinner but just needed a little something after my workout so I had a handful of Pistachios.
Dinner
Dinner was marinated Flank steak in Olive oil, minced garlic, salt and pepper. My sides were a baked potato with Everything But The Bagel Seasoning, Brussels sprouts fried up with bacon, and then leftover Greek coleslaw from the other night. Momma was hungry so momma filled her plate.
Sleep
After dinner I was not feeling 100% so I was in bed by 9 and I am not made about it. I slept until 7:30 am without waking once and boy was it amazing! I definitely felt like I caught up on a serious amount of sleep!
