One of my favorite parts of having a family is creating traditions! As soon as we had Mae we started a tradition of staying home on Christmas Day. With that said…. all family member are welcome to come to our house for breakfast.
Over the past 4 years I have found a few recipes (thank you Pinterest) that have now become staples at Christmas Morning Breakfast.
Yes, these are not my personal family recipes but these recipes are worth sharing!
One is French Toast Casserole. It’s great because it’s all prepared the night before! They other recipes are savory so I like to have one sweet dish too!

We also make Breakfast Enchiladas. Now the recipe only makes 8 enchiladas but we half them because we make other things too! Either way they are so good and worth making!
They are best made fresh in the morning but I do go ahead and at least cook some bacon for the topping and brown the sausage the night before.

The third and final recipe I make is an Everything Bagel Casserole. It’s so savory and so good! I mean it has bacon, gruyere cheese, and everything bagels how can it not be good?!? Oh and Cream Cheese! This is another Casserole that can and should be put together the night before!

Another sweet option is Cinnamon Rolla Monkey Bread. Its super easy and can be made from start to finish in about 45 minutes.
I hope you enjoy these recipes as much as my family and I do!
